Trade fair checklist for Artbutler PRO, NEXT & Website

To ensure you’re fully prepared for your upcoming art fair, we’ve created a helpful checklist. It covers essential steps to check beforehand, so everything runs smoothly—even if the internet connection at the fair isn’t ideal.

Take some time to go through the checklist and test the features. We recommend printing it out or saving it as a tab on your laptop or tablet, so you can easily access it whenever needed.

This way, you can be confident that your artworks, documents, and ‘Showroom Portfolios’ are perfectly prepared, both online and offline.

 

Artbutler PRO

• Offline Mode:
  • Create a copy of your database on your computer in case the internet connection is unstable at the fair. Learn how to do it here.
  • Sync and test 2-3 days before the event.
• Test Document Exports:
  • Ensure your document templates are up to date and the export function works in offline mode.

 

Artbutler NEXT

• Data Import:
  • Have you imported all necessary artworks from ARTBUTLER PRO?
• Create Fair in NEXT:
  • Set up the fair with all artworks in NEXT.
• Test Exports:
  • Test all export functions beforehand.
• Make ‘Showroom Portfolios’ Available Offline:
  • Ensure ‘Showroom Portfolios’ are accessible without an internet connection.
• Augmented Reality (AR):
  • “View works on your wall” activated?
  • Test the AR feature on your mobile device beforehand.

 

Website

• Sync with Website:
  • Ensure all artworks and exhibitions from NEXT are synced with your website.
• Check Website Display:
  • Verify that your website displays correctly on the laptop, tablet, and phone you’ll take to the fair.
  • Is everything working as expected?
