Add artworks to your website

If you’ve added new artworks in ARTBUTLER NEXT and wish to publish them on your website, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Adding Categories

1. Go to “Artworks” and select the artworks you want to display on your website.
2. Click on “Apply action” (in the list view) and choose “Change selected” to initiate batch processing.
3. In the new side panel on the right, select the field “Add categories.” Here, you can choose from two categories:
   • WS:artistpage – If you want the artworks to appear on the artist’s page.
   • WS:workspage – If you have a separate work page on your website (if available).
   Optionally, you can also select the following:
   • WS:show enquiry – This will provide a “Enquiry” option for your website visitors for the artworks.
   • WS:show price – This will display the price in addition to the artworks.
4. After selecting the categories, click the “Edit” button.
5. Confirm the batch processing. You have successfully added the categories.

Step 2: Transferring the Artworks to the Website

1. Select the artworks from the list view for which you’ve recently added categories.
2. Click on “Apply action” and choose “Transfer to website.”
3. In the side panel, select the option “add/update” or “Remove” and click the “Export” button.
4. Great! The artworks will soon be visible on your website.
