Adding new exhibitions or art fairs to your website managed in ARTBUTLER NEXT is a straightforward process. With just a few steps, you can keep your website up to date and inform your audience about upcoming events. Follow these simple steps to effortlessly showcase your artworks and events:
Publish exhibitions/fairs to your website
- Go to the “Exhibitions & Fairs” section and click on the exhibition/art fair you want to display on your website.
- Click the “Apply Action” button and choose “Transfer to Website > Add/update”
That’s it! You have successfully published your exhibition/art fair on your website!
Adding a Cover Image, Installation Images, and Event Documents
If you wish, you can also set a cover image for your event or add installation images and documents.
Cover Image: to add a cover image, upload an image on the image tab and mark it as “cover image”. If you don’t upload an image like this, the image of the first work will be used as cover image automatically.

Removing an exhibition or artfair from the website
In order to remove an event from your website, just go to “Apply Action > Transfer to website > Remove“
Please note: If you only remove a work that has been transferred to your website with an exhibition from this exhibition and do not subsequently remove it via Apply action > Transfer to website > Remove, it will remain published and can still be found via Google, for example. This also applies if the work is not assigned to an artist page by a category or otherwise integrated into your website.
If you also want to delete the record from your Artbutler NEXT account, you can now also delete the record.
