You can download ‘Presentations’ of your artworks to your devices to access them offline. This is especially helpful if, for example, you’re at an art fair with poor or no WiFi and a smooth and uninterrupted presentation of your art is crucial for sales decisions. We’ll explain how to do this.
Step-by-step instructions
- Navigate to the ‘Presentations’ section in your ARTBUTLER NEXT account via the main navigation. If you don’t see this section, you need to activate this feature for your subscription. To do this, go to the general settings of your account under ‘Subscription & Invoices’.
- In the overview of your Presentations, once you have created one or more presentations, you will find the following link above:
https://offline-presentation.next.artbutler.com/. - Click on the link to open a new window. Follow the instructions to add the presentations to the home screen of your mobile device. Your presentations are now saved as an app on your home screen.
- To access your presentations, simply click on the app. You will now see a list of all your published presentations. Select ‘Download’ to make a presentation available offline on your device. Once a presentation is downloaded, it will be regularly updated in the background when you access it and have an internet connection. You can also manually update presentations at any time by clicking the refresh button while online to instantly see any changes made in ARTBUTLER NEXT.
- If you no longer need a presentation offline or want to free up storage space on your device, select ‘Remove from device’. This will remove the presentation from your local device.
