Adding works to a Showroom

In this article, we’ll explain how to easily add works to a Showroom, such as from an Exhibition, Fair, Compilation, another Showroom, or a search.

Adding works from a search

1. Open the Showroom to which you want to add the works.
2. Click on the ‘Works’ tab at the top.
3. Now click on ‘Add Work to Showroom.’
4. Click on the search bar (second field from the top) and choose one or more search criteria. Start the search by clicking the magnifying glass icon at the end of the search bar or by pressing the Enter key.
5. From the search results, you can now either select individual works by checking the box at the beginning of the row or select all works with the box at the top.
6. Confirm your selection by clicking ‘Add to Showroom.’
7. The works have now been successfully added to your showroom.

Adding works from a Compilation, Exhibition, Fair, or another Showroom

1. Open the Showroom to which you want to add the works.
2. Click on the ‘Works’ tab at the top.
3. Now click on ‘Add Work to Showroom.’
4. Click on the drop-down menu at the top and choose from which area you want to add works. This can be, for example, from Compilations, Exhibitions, Fairs, or another Showroom.
5. Once you have made your selection, all available options for the area will be displayed – for example, all Exhibitions & Fairs.
6. Now choose the option from which you want to take the works into your showroom by clicking on the three dots in the ‘Actions’ column and then confirming with ‘+ Add to Resource.’
7. All works have now been successfully added to your Showroom.
