You can invite as many users as you like to your NEXT account. Not only does this allow you and your team to work simultaneously, information no longer gets lost, because no matter from which device you log into NEXT with your user account, your most recently edited data records remain open and you can simply pick up where you left off.
Add users to your subscription
To invite users to your NEXT account, go to ‘General settings’ in the navigation, open the ‘Subscription & Billing’ section and set the required number of users via the slider or the list box. The monthly cost of your NEXT subscription will adjust according to the number of users in your account, depending on the scope used and the additional functions selected. The new price for your subscription will now be displayed below. You can now select further options and then confirm by clicking on the ‘Update subscription’ button.
Invite users
To invite the now activated users to your NEXT account, go to ‘General settings’, open the section ‘User management’ and click on the button ‘Invite user’. Now enter the person’s name and email address and confirm by clicking on the ‘Invite’ button. The person will now receive an invitation to your NEXT account by email.
Remove users and reduce subscription
If you want to remove users, first delete them in the ‘User management’. In the section ‘Subscription & Billing’, you can now manage your subscription and reduce the number of users accordingly. The cost of your subscription will be adjusted accordingly for the next payment period.
Do I need separate user logins?
We recommend all users of ARTBUTLER NEXT who work with it regularly to create their own login. This way, your individual work status, such as opened datasets or set search filters in lists, will be saved for you. You can even switch seamlessly between different devices, e.g. from your laptop to your cell phone, and retain the work status.
You have the option to easily add additional users here in your account, enabling smooth simultaneous work across the entire team. Together, you can work efficiently and in a coordinated manner on your projects without having to rely on the restrictions of a shared login.
