What is the maximum file size for images I upload to ARTBUTLER NEXT?
The maximum file size for image uploads is 10 MB. After uploading, images are automatically resized for various uses, while the original remains stored. If an image exceeds 10 MB, you will receive an error message and can adjust the file before re-uploading.
What do we recommend for high-resolution (High-Res) images?
We recommend compressing high-resolution images to stay under 10 MB before uploading. Good compression optimizes display quality and supports efficient storage.
For JPGs, a compression quality between 80 and 90 percent is recommended. This reduces file size significantly without noticeable loss in image quality.
How much cloud storage is included in the ARTBUTLER NEXT subscription?
ARTBUTLER NEXT offers a flexible subscription model without a fixed storage limit. Storage capacity is based on the number of artworks in your subscription: up to 100, up to 500, or unlimited. You can upload unlimited images and documents for each artwork.
Can I adjust my subscription plan?
Yes, you can adjust your subscription plan at any time to fit your needs. Go to General Settings under Subscription & Billing and select the desired option.
