You have full control over your pricing in the showroom. Present your prices according to your wishes: You have full control over the pricing in your showrooms!
Show prices without VAT
To display the prices of a showroom without VAT, select the desired showroom, go to the details of the showroom and scroll below the comment field. There you will find a button labelled “Show price incl. VAT”. Click on it to select the desired option and save the changes.

Set individual prices for works in a showroom
You have the option of setting individual prices for the works in your showroom. You can choose a price type (list price, purchase price, insurance price/frame), set a manual price or enter free text or do not show any price at all.
- Select the desired showroom and go to the “Works” tab.
- Select the work or works in the list for which you want to change the price.
- Click on the “Apply Action” button above the list of works and select the “Edit Prices” option.
- You can now select the desired price type in the page panel, set a manual price or hide the price.
- Click on “Save” and you are done!
TIP: To display ‘Prices on request’, simply select the price type “Free text” and enter a text.

Show no prices in a showroom
- To do this, go to your showroom and click on the ‘Edit Details’ tab.
- Open the ‘List of Artworks’ there by clicking on the pencil icon.
- Disable the checkbox next to ‘Price’ in the ‘Visible Fields’.
- If you continue scrolling down, you will find the settings for the ‘Artwork Detail View’, where you can also disable the checkbox next to ‘Price’.
