Would you like to add new artists to your website? This can be easily done:
- Open ARTBUTLER NEXT and navigate to the desired artist profile.
- In the artist profile in ARTBUTLER NEXT, scroll down to the category section and select the appropriate category:
- WS:represented artist – for artists who are represented by you.
- WS:other artist – for artists who are present in your gallery, for example, in a project or a special exhibition.
- WS:no artistpage – To display artists on your overview page without a link to a further page on the artist, simply assign this category in ARTBUTELR NEXT. The artist will now be displayed on your artist page without a link. Please note that you can still access this page while you are logged in to WordPress. To display the link again, simply remove the second category.
Use WS:publish to publish the artists on your website.
- Finally, click on the ‘Apply Actions’ button and select the ‘Transfer to Website‘ option. Your artists are now available on your website.
In the side panel, you have the option not only to add artists to your website but also to remove them.
