On each invoice for your subscription, you will find general information such as the invoice number, date and address, as well as a list of the scope and services included in your NEXT subscription.
If you add additional features or upgrade the scope of your subscription during a payment period, these are activated immediately and charged pro rata until the next payment period. This pro rata period is shown on your invoice as ‘Remaining time’. The service that is no longer used due to an upgrade is displayed with ‘Unused time’.
For each service booked in your subscription, the number of users in your account is taken into account. Your invoice will show the first user account as ‘First 1’, each additional account as ‘2 and above’.
