An Artbutler NEXT account has three different email addresses, which are initially set to the same login address. They can then be changed independently of each other. Please only use email addresses that you check regularly so that you do not miss any important messages.
Account email address
General information about your Artbutler NEXT account will be sent to this address. Please ensure that you always have a current email address entered under ‘General settings > Account settings’. We will send important messages about your account to this address.
Login email address
This applies per login created. Several people can log in to each account with their own address. The one-time code for two-factor authentication is sent to this email address. Each user can change this in the menu at the top right under “Profile settings > Manage your login credentials”.
Billing email address
This email address is used for information about payments and invoices. You can change the address in the “General settings > Subscription & Billing > Edit your billing address” section.
